Sol Chocron, LLM has more than 12 years of experience working with employment-based immigration matters in the United States, including working visas, extraordinary abilities petitions, permanent labor certification applications, and investors’ visas.

In addition to her experience practicing in the U.S., Sol also has over 20 years of experience practicing Venezuelan corporate law, employment, administrative, and civil law, advising businesses and individuals. Over the past two decades, Sol has represented a long list of highly prestigious law firms, assisting in all aspects of immigration matters, such as family and employment immigration as well as asylum and other immigration matters.

Sol received her law degree from Andres Bello Catholic University (UCAB), School Of Law, in Caracas, Venezuela. She is also an active member of the College of Attorneys of Caracas (Bar Association) and the Institute of Social Prevision for Attorneys (Inpreabogado). In addition, Sol has a Master of Law degree in human rights from Saint Thomas University, School of Law, Miami Gardens, Florida.

Sol is fluent in both Spanish and English.
