Ted Whitlock, Esq. is a Board Certified Intellectual Property Attorney and expert in patent law. He specializes in patent and trademark law, with a particular focus on biomedical, pharmaceutical, health, wellness, nutritional, chemical, electrical and mechanical inventions. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is also licensed to practice appellate law before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Whitlock handles all aspects of patent prosecution, appeals and maintenance domestically and internationally, interference actions and patent reexamination proceedings, “patentablity” searches, freedom-to-operate (“FTO”) searches and other intellectual property due diligence, licensing related to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, nutraceuticals, medical devices and other health-related technologies as well. He is also a member of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and a graduate of University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law. Mr. Whitlock’s science background includes a Masters of Science in pharmacology and a Bachelors of Science in biology.
