Sal Fazio, Esq. is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Santucci Priore P.L. where he concentrates his practice in intellectual property, entertainment law, licensing, as well as startup business formation issues including legal structuring, corporate shareholder disputes and civil litigation.
During his time at Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Fazio has had the pleasure of being a judicial intern in the Circuit Court for the 17th Judicial Circuit and for Broward County , to participate as an advocate in the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Moot Court Competition and Bloomberg Law’s Transactional LawMeet ®, to participate in the drafting of the International Citator and Research Guide, and to work with the Venture Law Project, a Dade Legal Aid initiative which provides legal help for startups in need of early-stage legal help. Mr. Fazio was also a recipient of the Dean’s Certificate of Professionalism, awarded to outstanding student for achievements in legal scholarship and exemplary efforts in leadership and in public service.
Mr. Fazio is also well-versed in the musical arts. As a musician, he’s had the pleasure to perform alongside many national and international artists.
Mr. Fazio is licensed to practice before all Florida courts and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Italian-American Bar Association Young Lawyer Division, the Broward Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section, and the Federal Bar Association of Broward County’s Intellectual Property Section.
