500law represents businesses and individuals in civil and commercial disputes. For more than 25 years, our attorneys have handled cases for clients ranging from established companies to closely held businesses and entrepreneurs, against adversaries of all sizes.
We handle a wide variety of litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies. Our practice covers a broad range of civil matters, including disputes involving property and business interests, with a heavy emphasis on intellectual property, entertainment and aviation, breach of contractual dispute, business and partnership disputes, civil fraud and misrepresentation, defamation and other business torts.
We take every case with trial in mind, but we also recognize that many disputes are best resolved without court intervention. From the outset, we give clients a clear assessment of their position and recommend the course that best serves their goals. For matters that extend beyond the United States, we work with our network of international law firms to coordinate representation abroad.
As of 2025, 500law also represents clients facing a range of criminal charges, expungements, sealing of records, and Second Amendment rights restoration. Some of our attorneys have served as prosecutors and as defense counsel in criminal matters, and two have previously served as judges in South Florida. Having prosecuted cases, defended them, and presided over them, we understand how a case is built, challenged and decided. That means straight answers about where clients stand and early enough to matter.
