500law Attorney, Cintia Calevoso, Recently Published in February 2023 edition of The Barrister
Our own, Cintia Calevoso’s article about the new Copyright Claims Board was published in the February 2023 edition of The Barrister, a publication, edited and published by the Broward County Bar Association. The new Board acts as a small claims court for copyright infringement matters. The full article can be found at page 9 of the magazine here.
Cintia is also a member of the intellectual property section of the Broward County Bar Association. Cintia Calevoso has been with the law firm of 500law, and its predecessor firm, Santucci Priore, P.L. for much of her legal career, starting as a student intern while in law school at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. She was then hired shortly after law school to meet the firm’s ever growing intellectual property needs, and because of her unique abilities to draft contracts for Latin American real estate developers in both Spanish and English. Cintia is currently one of the senior attorneys at 500law and currently works in the litigation department handling cases involving copyright, trademark, entertainment, general business disputes and appeals. Her analytical and writing skills are impeccable, as is her character. I am proud to have her on our team.
