Daniel Devine, Esq. concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of intellectual property, civil litigation, appeals and bankruptcy. Daniel has experience representing clients in Federal andAppellate cases relating to patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, counterfeiting,fraudulent transfers, and has experience handling trademark opposition proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Daniel is licensed to practice in Florida and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for Eleventh and Sixth Circuits. Daniel graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. from the University of Florida and received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Nova Law Review and Moot Court Society.
