Cintia Calevoso, Esq. is an attorney at Santucci Priore L.P. where she primarily focuses on commercial litigation, namely legal research, drafting of legal briefs and development of trial strategy. Throughout the last decade much of her work has been in the areas of arts, media and entertainment, with a strong emphasis on serving international clientele. Clients have included creatives, visionaries, thought leaders and philanthropic organizations. Ms. Calevoso’s practice areas include arts, media, entertainment law, corporate and business law, including nonprofit law, copyright and trademark law, and commercial litigation.
Early in her legal career she also advised clients in her capacity as a litigation consultant, which included preparing witnesses for testimony, involvement in the scientific jury selection process, developing trial strategy, coordination of focus groups/mock trial research exercises and preparation of research reports.
Ms. Calevoso is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Ms. Calevoso is a member of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Calevoso received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2010 where she served as the Bilingual Edition Editor for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law, an academic legal publication featuring scholarly articles with a regional focus on Latin America and South America. Ms. Calevoso is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversant in Portuguese.
Ms. Calevoso is a musician with a love for world music. She enjoys participating in artistic/musical programs and spending time in nature. She currently resides in Sacramento, California with her husband and their two cats.
